A quick note on what this space is, so it's clear before you're three posts deep expecting something else.
Three kinds of posts
Workflow teardowns. A real process — customer follow-up, document intake, reporting — broken down into where the manual work actually lives, and what changes when a system replaces it. Not theory. Specific tools, specific steps.
Tool and startup analysis. Why a product exists, what trend created the opening, what bet it's making — not a feature list. If you've seen this style from me on X, it's the same lens, just with room to go deeper.
Build logs. What I'm shipping — starting with Refemy — written as it happens, including the parts that didn't work.
What it's not
Not a content-marketing feed. Not weekly-for-the-sake-of-weekly. A post goes up when there's something worth the ten minutes it takes to read it.
